“ LOVE ALONE that made the Church's members act…
My Vocation is LOVE!”

– St. Therese of the Child Jesus –

The dying Therese promised to spend Heaven doing good upon earth…of letting fall from Heaven a Shower of Roses…and to love Jesus and make Him loved . Her promises are fulfilled in our Carmel for the many she brings to love Jesus. Her “Vocation of LOVE” is our Carmel 's motto. Following her example of silently gathering wilted roses in the courtyard every evening and threw the petals toward the image of the Crucified Lord, praying that these petals would console Jesus, dry His tears, soften His steps, and come down from Heaven as blessings to the world, we continue her mission on earth. May God bless you and may He be for ever praised!

To scatter flowers is to offer as first fruits the slightest sighs,
the greatest sufferings, my sorrows and my joys, my little sacrifices.
These are my flowers.
Lord, I want to squander my perfumes and my flowers on you.
In strewing them for you on the wings of the breeze,
I would like to inflame hearts!
